ConfidentialityCounselling + Education is a person-centred service which provides confidentiality to all clients unless during counselling they disclose any risk of harm. If a risk of harm issue is disclosed, the appropriate services will be contacted. As part of my professional practice, I am required to keep brief session notes. NDIS notes are kept securely for seven years. Any client may request access to their notes.
